2nd Middle East Parking Symposium

9th - 11th November 2009

Beach Rotana Hotel, Abu Dhabi, UAE

The 2nd Middle East Parking Symposium is now confirmed for 2009!

Building on the success of the first edition this years event has been expanded to incorporate a dedicated 3-day conference and showcase. The emphasis is still firmly on knowledge sharing and contact making but now there will be even more opportunity for both.

The dedicated 3-day conference is being streamlined into 3 distinct themes for each of the 3 days:

Day 1 - Parking - The Global Perspective - Hosted in conjunction with Parking World Magazine. The first day of the conference will feature many of the worlds leading figures from the parking world and will seek to highlight the latest innovations, ideas and strategies which are being implemented across the globe.

Day 2 - Middle East Focus and Technology Day - Hosted in conjunction with www.altaqata.com. Although the Middle East has been described as 'The World's Newest Parking Market' that doesn't mean to say that there aren't already many interesting and leading parking projects under development or already implmented in the region. The 2nd day will feature the best of these and highlight the technlogies and services that are being used onthose projects to great effect.

Day 3 - FM in Parking - Hosted in conjunction with FM Magazine. Facilities Management is a broad industry but it has a significant role to play in the managment and operation of car parks at major single use and mixed developments. This day will be of particular interest to Facilities Managers, Operation Managers and Asset Managers of establishments such as airports, shopping malls, exhibition centres, theme parks and hotels.

Networking Showcase

The exclusive networking showcase has grown from a sell out of 20 companies last year to space for 30 booths this year. The showcase is put together in such a way that it sits directly next to both the conference room and the refreshment areas so that maximum opportunity is given over to networking and contact making.
